The Saint-Dizier plant was expanded and modernized in 2001 with the following objectives:
- increase production capacity to transfer part of the production from Japan to France;
- improve our machines to make them even more reliable, safe and comfortable;
- produce higher tonnage models (Vio45 and Vio55).
A production team of 200 produces the 1.5 to 5.5 tonne models. Production is organized along "Just-in-Time" lines, like an automobile factory.
