Quality is at the core of our company's discussions and actions. Our Quality procedure covers machine production and all the other departments.

We pay particular attention to the quality of machine production. This is controlled at various stages:

1. systematic part inspection on reception (three-dimensional inspection machines).
2. quality control on the 11 assembly line workstations (inspecting assembly procedures).
3. translation test, to ensure that there is no deviation in the machines.
4. test ramp: complete verification of the machine (undercarriage, upper frame…). Different movement tests.
5. paint inspection and touching up in 2 booths.
6. final inspection of all machines before shipment.

In this Quality Process, any defects observed give rise to immediate corrective actions. The information is transmitted to the department concerned in order to improve the process or inform suppliers of defective parts.
